Sea Cloud Cruises has announced flagship Sea Cloud will undergo an extensive renovation at the conclusion of the 2025 European season. On the eve of her 95th birthday, the 64-guest windjammer originally built by Marjorie Merriweather Post and E.F. Hutton, will sail the 2025 season in the Caribbean, Mediterranean, Canary Islands and The Atlantic before making her way to the shipyard for scheduled dry dock. Guests sailing on Sea Cloud and her fleet-mates Sea Cloud II and Sea Cloud Spirit can anticipate special shipboard and shoreside events in celebration of her history throughout the 2025 season.

The meticulously planned update and restoration of Sea Cloud will once again be overseen by Sea Cloud Cruises Managing Director and Chief Technical Officer Adam Pazdzioch. Pazdzioch’s tenure with Sea Cloud Cruises spans over 20 years, Including overseeing team of new build Sea Cloud II and Project Manager during construction of Sea Cloud Spirit. He and the team also led the last major refurbishment and repairs dry dock of Sea Cloud in 2010.
