Monday afternoon the building dock in hall 5 at MEYER WERFT was flooded to test the engines and drive of Spirit of Adventure. The new cruise ship for Saga Cruises will be handed over next summer.
UK based Saga Cruises‘ brand-new ship Spirit of Adventure has been tested in the ‘wet dock’ for the first time. Building progress is steady at the Meyer Werft shipyard. Over the coming months, the next steps for the new ship will be completing the interiors, and fitting the working propellers.
