Before setting sail, Trieste, near Venice, invites you to discover new palaces, piazzas and cathedrals around every corner. After a relaxing night on board the beautiful Riviera it is time to explore Bari. Tucked along the southern Adriatic, Bari is conveniently divided between its picturesque Old Town on a peninsula to the north and its modern city center to the south. The chief draws are architectural, especially the Romanesque 12th century San Nicola Church and the imposing Swabian Castle.

End your visit with a cruise along the Bosphorus to see the city and its surroundings from another perspective. The next morning head back to the city to visit one of the many museums or stroll through the spice market and the famous Grand Bazaar.
