Last week marked a special milestone for Hapag-Lloyd Cruises: the HANSEATIC nature – sister ship to the HANSEATIC inspiration – celebrated its first anniversary . Over the past twelve months, the expedition ship has travelled to many distant corners of the earth, and countless extraordinary routes are waiting for it in the future.
To celebrate HANSEATIC nature’s first birthday, Hapag-Lloyd Cruises prepared a film that looks back on the first 365 days at sea with the luxury expedition ship. When you watch it, you will experience what it means to follow the call of adventure and to explore the world from a new perspective – expedition in the purest sense.
Together with HANSEATIC inspiration and HANSEATIC spirit (scheduled for deliver in May 2021), HANSEATIC nature raises the bar in the expedition cruise segment and features many special structural elements that enhance the expedition experience further.
HANSEATIC nature can accommodate up to 230 guests, or 199 on Antarctic cruises and circumnavigations of Spitsbergen. The 120 exclusively outside cabins and suites range from Panoramic Cabins at 21 m2 (226 ft2) to Grand Suites at 71 m2 (764 ft2). The ship features two extendible balconies, the Nature Walk deck tour at the ship’s bow, 17 on-board Zodiacs and E-Zodiacs with eco-friendly electric drive systems and a marina and on-board kayaks to enable passengers to enjoy the surrounding nature more intensively.
